The Workshop's Resource Shelf
The references, checklists and further reading our planners actually use — kept in one place, since 2000.
Every brief that comes through the Tannery Lane door starts the same way: someone on the team pulls a reference, a checklist or a photograph from the shelf. This page is that shelf, made public — the reading list we keep for themed events, brand launches and the occasional very specific question from a client.
It is not a sponsor list and not an ad slot. We link out only where a reference genuinely helps us plan an event, and we say so plainly when a link is a personal recommendation.
Planning themed launch events
Singapore is a launch city — and watch houses are some of the most requested briefs we get.
When a watch brand or retailer asks us to dress a launch day — a bulb shaped like the new reference, printed balloons in the campaign palette, a lighted giant to hold the evening — the first thing we want to know is which model the crowd will be photographing. For that we keep a browse list of clone watches roundups, because the references that trend in the replica trade are almost always the ones drawing launch-day queues on Orchard Road and Marina Bay.
Rolex unveilings are the perennial favourite of the briefs we receive. Before we model a watch-shaped giant, we check the current Rolex Super Clone pages to confirm which references are the season's stars — it keeps the balloon true to the watch on the stand.
